24-25 Winter Opportunities Now Open!

The U19 Evolution Showcase Team was created for Field Hockey players looking to play with like-minded individuals, highly skilled athletes and strong IQ of the game. This team will be created through a selection process and only 16-17 field players and one or two goalies will be offered a spot on the team. 

The team will begin training sessions in December and train together until June. Over the six months this team will focus their intention on training to compete at three high level tournaments. These players will be asked to commit to the team for one training session a week for two hours (same day and time for every training session over the six months) and to travel to Winter Escape In Florida in January, NECC, in New Hampshire in April or May and to RCC's (Location TBD) in June. 

If you are looking to play in college, thrive in a competitive environment and can be disciplined to yourself and your craft this program may be a fit.

• Who can register for selections? Any U16 or U19 Player
• Do I need to attend a selection day? Yes, Sunday, October 6th from 6-8 PM at the Evolution HQ, Soccer Asylum, Paxton, MA. 
• Is there a fee for selections? Yes. It is $60/player.
• How many players will be selected for the team? 18 total, 16-17 Field & 1-2 Goalies
• What is the cost to be on this team? $1800. The fees will be collected in three installments of $600. 
• Will there be another option if I don't make the team? Evolution also has U16 & U19 Winter Teams and more opportunities in the Spring of 2025. 
• Are travel costs part of the tuition payment? No, travel costs are not included in the fee.

The Winter teams will be composed of U14, U16 & U19 age groups. The teams will be created through a selection process for each of these age groups. 

The selection committee will be looking for players who possess good field hockey skill, focused hockey IQ, and unwavering discipline. Coaches expect all players to give 110% in training sessions so that when playing in tournaments skill, ability and muscle memory take over

All teams will be required to go through a selection process that will be held on Sunday, October 20th from 6-8 PM at Evolution HQ, Soccer Asylum, Paxton, MA. Teams will be made up of 12 players total with 11 field players and one goalie per team. 

There will be ten, two-hour training sessions for each team per week and teams will attend the following tentative regional tournaments: 

• January 20, 2025, MLK in CT., 
• February 8, 2025, Queen of Hearts
• March 15-16, 2025, Shamrock Showdown
